16. Detox Drinks

Detox is often misunderstood; your liver, kidneys, skin, lungs, and lymph already manage internal cleansing. Apple cider vinegar beverages can, however, encourage mindful hydration, reduce reliance on sugary drinks, and add a tang that helps some people curb cravings. Blend ACV with water, fresh lemon, a pinch of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey for a balanced pre meal tonic. Combine with whole foods, sleep, and movement for genuine metabolic support rather than quick fixes.
